Advances without the admin

When money runs short before the end of the month, employees often borrow from high-cost lenders or ask HR for an advance on their salary.

Advancing salary from company funds ties up cash, adds administration and leaves the company to recover the balance. With Kwikash, KCB Bank provides the advance and repayment is deducted through payroll.

Employees consent under the Data Protection Act (Kenya), match their National ID to their WhatsApp number and set a 4-digit PIN. Attempts are rate-limited.
